"this company carved out standard support & maintenance service from the software license plan, enabling the enterprise customers to choose whether or not to buy the support service separately. as a result, the revenue missed the management target. Also Ricksoft gave away 'volume discount' upon client demands, thereby lowering profitability of the license business. This management doesn't know how to run business"
