The hotel recently added 22 suburban properties. Lodging saw higher-than-expected room rate increases in urban areas due to a rise in inbound tourists, with high occupancy rates. Despite increased labor costs, OP was revised upward from the previous forecast. An additional dividend increase was also announced.
Strong performance expected on lodging for FY ending June 2026, driven by leisure travelers.
The medium-term management plan targets sales of 60 billion yen and operating profit of 7 billion yen for the fiscal year ending June 2028 (compared w/ 41 bil and 5 bil respectively for FY June 2024).
