Interesting bidding history in the past too. Management tried to take it private in 2007 for ¥800 per share. Davinci advisors counter bid ¥1,100 then upped bid to ¥1,300 in the same year. They couldn't get enough votes so deal died. This was in 2007. There's been value created since.
